Manchester United may be able to buy Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite for less money because of the Toffees’ precarious financial state, according to The Sun.

The frontrunner to recruit the highly regarded centre defender is Manchester United. Everton has placed an £80 million value on their best asset, but if the Red Devils act quickly, they might be able to recruit him for far less.
