Report – £77.3million star prepared to agree Manchester United move

According to rumours, Manchester United is not just interested in Crystal Palace player Michael Olise; the Red Devils are also reportedly chasing Eberechi Eze.

The Old Trafford team has reportedly been willing to shell out 70 million euros to recruit the England international from the Eagles, according to a Spanish source named Fichajes.

But in order to sell their valuable asset, the Selhurst Park company is asking for about 90 million euros (£77.3 million).

United will try again in the summer, knowing that Eze is willing to sign with them, but the asking price is a barrier.

The 25-year-old playmaker reportedly gave the go-ahead to join the 20-time English winners already.

In addition, he wants to perform really well in the current campaign to keep Man Utd interested.

Eze is mostly a central offensive midfielder, although he can also be effective on the wings. He had an outstanding season last year.

In 30 Premier League games, the £77.3 million-rated forward started and directly contributed to 14 goals (10 goals and 4 assists).

His new deal with the London club expires in the summer of 2027, and it was inked back in November of 2023.

Under Roy Hodgson, the two-cap international has made 15 league appearances this season, scoring three goals and dishing out just one assist.

Is Eze truly worth £77.3 million, in your opinion? Should Manchester United act to get him to sign?
