Club ‘want to sign’ Manchester United midfielder to meet star’s request – Player ‘interested’ by challenge

The rumour that Casemiro would be leaving Manchester United soon doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon.

Foot Mercato is the most recent person to attract attention to the subject, which has already been connected to a relocation to Saudi Arabia.

It is included in an article about Seko Fofana, who is being pursued by numerous clubs to sign an Ivory Coast international contract from Al-Nassr. Fofana was unexpectedly told he might leave the club in January.

Consequently, a spot would become available for another foreign player. Although it is thought that David Opsina, should he recover from injury, may take that spot, other sources have informed Foot Mercato that the Saudi team “wants to sign Casemiro at the request of Cristiano Ronaldo.”

In addition, the Brazilian midfielder, who has struggled to play for Manchester United because of injuries and bad form, says he is “interested” in taking on the job.
Given that Jim Ratcliffe has already made remarks against Casemiro, it’s safe to assume that the midfield player isn’t exactly welcome at the team given that INEOS oversight is anticipated to begin following the transfer window. If the chance to sell him occurs, doing so may be ideal.

Despite playing just 12 games in all competitions for Manchester United this season, the 31-year-old has managed to contribute to four goals and one assist in 951 minutes of action.
