Leny Yoro from Lille is a player Manchester United has been in talks to sign, but they will need to pay a lot of money to get him before the deadline.

According to Christopher Michel, Man Utd finds the defender “very exciting,” and the French team has informed them that they will be receiving a bid of between 80 and 90 million euros (£69 and £77 million) this month.

Go to Man Utd makes a £100 million bid for a Premier League player and has the advantage in signing him.

According to the German journalist, the Red Devils might recruit Yoro for between 50 and 60 million euros if they hold out till the summer transfer window.

Barcelona is also considering the 18-year-old centre back, but Man Utd is unwilling to pay that kind of money for him.

With just 18 months remaining on his Lille contract, the adolescent’s valuations—particularly the £69 million to £77 million signing bonus—are astronomically high.

Yoro has been excellent this season, helping the Ligue 1 team maintain 13 clean sheets in 20 starts. It is therefore not surprise that elite teams are interested in hiring him.

Man Utd will have fierce competition to capture the young player if they wait until the summer.

Furthermore, Ten Hag absolutely has to bolster the defence during the current transfer window given the defensive situation at Old Trafford.

What say you? Should Man Utd offer between £69 and £77 million to capture Leny Yoro before the deadline?
