Man United identify ideal transfer to replace Antony but could face Arsenal competition

As a possible alternative for the struggling Antony, Manchester United is apparently interested in Crystal Palace standout Michael Olise.

It is understandable that the Red Devils are now worried about their choices on that right-hand side given that Antony has been a huge failure since joining Manchester United from Ajax last season.

This is according to Sports Lens, where writer Dean Jones explains that while Arsenal and other teams are also interested in the highly-rated 22-year-old Olise because to his impressive Premier League play, United is reportedly making a serious move for him.

Since the Frenchman has experience in the Premier League, he might be the perfect addition to help United progress in the upcoming season and may be less of a risk than the signing of Antony turned out to be.

Although Antony seemed like an intriguing potential in the Eredivisie, playing English football has proven to be a major step up for him, therefore it’s likely that MUFC will be looking for an upgrade shortly.

Olise may also be a good match for Arsenal, but it’s not clear how he would fit in there given that Bukayo Saka has cemented himself as the Gunners’ starting right-winger for the foreseeable future.
