At Bayern Munich, Benjamin Pavard is constrained. He has been very vocal about wanting to leave the club this summer for a long time. But things have become more complex recently.

The French international has struck an agreement with Man Utd and is set to finalise a move to Old Trafford, according to today’s edition of Bild (news image given below).

According to the well-known German news source, the Bavarians were eager to recruit Kyle Walker to replace the Les Bleus star.

The Bundesliga champions have modified their position and informed Pavard that he is not for sale now that the England international is expected to remain at Manchester City.

The Allianz Arena team, however, would still be open to accepting a sum of 50 million euros (£42.9 million), which is a substantial sum for a 27-year-old whose contract is set to end the next year (Bild).

The World Cup champion is currently pressuring Bayern to agree to a deal with the Red Devils.

Following United’s inaugural Premier League match against Wolves, Pavard liked Raphael Varane’s Instagram postings before liking further photos from the official Manchester United account.

Despite an agreement with West Ham, Manchester United has not yet been allowed to sell Harry Maguire. The international for England has not yet made a choice.

The Three Lions star should be replaced, according to Erik ten Hag. Should United spend £42.9 million to acquire him?
