Sofyan Amrabat is still frequently linked to Manchester United, and according to reports in the Italian media, they have now made a signing offer for the Moroccan.

Il Messaggero claims that despite the African star’s existing contract with the Red Devils, Saudi club Al-Ahli are attempting to entice him away from Fiorentina.

According to a Rome-based news outlet, the former playmaker for Feyenoord has asked the Viola to sell him this summer.

Man United reportedly made an offer of £21.5 million (25 million euros), but the Serie A team is reportedly still demanding £30 million (35 million euros).

To get the defensive midfield superstar back together with the Dutch manager, Ten Hag’s team must increase the offer by £8.5 million.

Amrabat recently responded as follows when asked about his future (via Tutto Mercato Web):

“I might as well stay if I’m not sure if I’m going to leave,”

Fiorentina has already signed Brazilian international Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus as their new No. 6.

The Florence club is likely to cave eventually and sell their prized possession because they do not want to lose the 26-year-old on a free transfer next year.

Man Utd should sell the less crucial players before bringing in Amrabat, rather than rushing to sign a DM.
