After agreeing terms, Man Utd told £51.4m will seal signing in addition to Onana

Manchester United is actively looking for players in Italy, and now that Andre Onana has been acquired, attention is turning to Rasmus Hojlund.

If media rumours are to be believed, the Red Devils and the Danish centre forward have already reached an agreement, and the two parties must now agree on a fee with Atalanta.

The Red Devils and the 20-year-old striker have already reached a personal agreement, Football Insider reported two days ago.

According to today’s edition of La Gazzetta Dello Sport (news image below), Atalanta are not under any financial pressure that would need them to sell Hojlund.

To the chagrin of the Bergamo club, the agents pushed his hand into looking for a job elsewhere.

According to the Milan-based news source, the youthful goal scorer must be sold for close to £51.4 million (60 million euros) from the Serie A club.

El-Bilal Toure, a centre forward for Almeria and a Mali international, has already been chosen by Atalanta as his replacement.

The Italians and the striker’s entourage have come to an agreement, but it will be difficult to reach a price with the Spanish club.

Martial has struggled at Old Trafford and Man Utd hasn’t yet found a replacement for Ronaldo. Ten Hag must therefore find a good No. 9 for the upcoming campaign.
