Man United pressing hard to sign £61.5m star – Offer already made

Randal Kolo Muani has been associated with Manchester United for a while, and the most recent claims are fascinating.

Sport Bild, via Sport Witness, reported last month that the Red Devils had made the best offer to sign the French forward.

More recently, Sky’s Florian Plettenberg revealed Man United is putting a lot of pressure on Frankfurt to let them sign the Les Bleus striker.

The 24-year-old is still to decide on his future, according to the German journalist, and Old Trafford is now exerting the most pressure.

In the upcoming summer transfer window, United needs a proven, top-tier out and out striker, and Kolo Muani has been one of the best forwards this year.

The 6-cap international has played in 40 games this season for the Bundesliga team and has directly assisted in 34 goals (20 goals and 14 assists).

The existing contract with Frankfurt for the £61.5 million star will end in 2027.

Erik ten Hag has made it plain that the offence needs to get better because he has primarily relied on Marcus Rashford to score goals this season.

Harry Kane is a target for the Dutch manager as well, but at 29, the England captain could not be a long-term option.

Who should Man United sign this summer, in your opinion, to strengthen the attacking force?
