Goncalo Ramos is wanted by Manchester United, and according to the most recent reports, a £70 million offer will be approved.

Earlier this month, Jornal de Noticias reported that Benfica will only trade their star striker if his £105 million release clause is met.

More recently, Football Insider claimed Man Utd was planning to employ the Portuguese international this summer if they weren’t successful in landing Harry Kane.

According to the news source, the Eagles are open to accepting an offer for their prized asset of around £70 million.

With 17 goals in 22 games, Ramos shares the division lead in goals scored in Portugal. He has 25 goals in all categories for the dominant Liga Nos team.

The kid, who is in excellent shape, scored the game-winning goal against Rio Ave. over the weekend.

The three-time Golden Boot champion Harry Kane has scored 22 goals in the Premier League this season, and he would be a top-notch addition to the Old Trafford team.

The England captain will reach 30 this year, though, so that must be taken into account. However, Ramos, who Erik ten Hag is searching for, will turn 22 in June.

Should United acquire Ramos or try to entice a star from the Premier League like Kane, in your opinion?
