To paraphrase Manchester united in their own wordss, the following is a list of their greatest hitss.
In January, the Red Devils attempted to sign the Portuguese on a temporary loan, but Chelsea beat them to him after agreeing to Atletico’s terms.
Felix hasn’t really stood out for the Blues yet, but it’s said that United is still interested in bringing the 23-year-old in at the conclusion of the season.
The Red Devils may be hoping for a “favourable deal” from the Spanish club this summer as they see Felix as a potential “cornerstone” in Erik ten Hag’s rebuild.
Felix is presently valued at €140 million by Atletico, but according to Mundo Deportivo, they may have to accept less than that to complete his permanent departure.
Joao Felix is obviously a representative for Man Utd.-driven
United were heavily linked with Felix last winter but it was quite obvious that they did not want to pay the €11 million loan fee to sign him from Atletico.
The Portuguese has since failed to impress at Chelsea. He has only scored twice in nine starts and has a history of squandering obvious opportunities.
In our opinion, United shouldn’t invest €100 million on Felix because he has fallen short of everyone’s high hopes.
His agent Jorge Mendes is clearly trying to drum up the interest and we won’t be shocked if Chelsea decide against pursuing a permanent deal for him.
United’s primary priority for the summer should be a marquee striker. With his enormous promise, we believe Goncalo Ramos of Benfica could be the ideal addition.
