Victor Osimhen and Kim Min-Jae of Napoli are targets for Man United this summer, according to sources speaking to Football Insider.
This summer, the Red Devils are looking to replace their center back and striker, and Erik ten Hag is a huge fan of both Napoli players.
The Serie A powerhouses have been in excellent form this year, controlling an 18-point lead in their division and progressing all the way to the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
Given his outstanding performance for the Italian team this season, Osimhen, according to Man United United, would cost upwards of £100 million, while Kim’s contract has a clause that encourages bidders.
Kim’s contract reportedly contains a £43 million release clause that will be in effect for two weeks in July.
Napoli is desperately trying to avoid losing both players in the same transfer window, but they are aware that if the right offers come in during the summer, they might be forced to sell.
Osimhen, a 24-year-old Nigerian striker, has been a standout performer throughout Europe this season. He has scored 23 goals in 28 appearances, including four in five Champions League games.
Osimhen leads a shortlist of four strikers at Man United that also includes Harry Kane, Tammy Abraham, and Benjamin Sesko, according to information obtained by Football Insider earlier this month (5 March).
About Kim, United has gathered multiple scouting reports on the 26-year-old defender, all of which have been quite favorable.
He has been elevated to the team’s top defensive target after helping Napoli allow only 16 goals in 26 league games this season.
