One of the three English teams “crazy” for FC Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie is Manchester United.
Since moving from AC Milan, the Ivorian has had trouble adjusting to life at Camp Nou.
While Kessie’s main goal is to stay at Barcelona and compete for a starting position under Xavi, there is a chance that he will depart in the summer, according to Mundo Deportivo.
An exit for Kessie cannot be ruled out given Xavi’s preference for alternative options in the middle of the park and the Blaugrana’s acute need for money to meet Financial Fair Play requirements.
Chelsea and Tottenham are reportedly interested in hiring Kessie, in addition to United.
Particularly Antonio Conte is rumored to be fixated with the idea of bringing the 26-year-old into his squad.
Kessie is seen by Chelsea’s management as the ideal alternative for N’golo Kante, who is aging. Kante’s future at Stamford Bridge is uncertain because he hasn’t signed new terms with the London club.
Ten Hag wants to complete supporting the midfield line despite the fact that he was strengthened with Casemiro last summer and Bruno Fernandes before that.
Although Frenkie de Jong made it obvious last summer that he would not be leaving Barça for Manchester United, “Kessie is one of the guys that would fit him.”
Italian clubs are also interested in Kessie.
Both Napoli and Juventus are concerned about the player’s circumstances in Spain.
Furthermore interested in Kessie, Inter Milan even attempted to trade for him Marcelo Brozovic from Barcelona.
