Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag, signed Lisandro Martinez and Antony from Ajax in the summer transfer window.

Now, the Dutch manager is looking at his former club again to further reinforce the squad at Old Trafford.

As per a story covered by The Mirror (news image provided below), Ten Hag is keen on signing a new forward this month and he is interested in luring Mohammed Kudus from the Dutch champions

The renowned British news source claim Ajax have told Man Utd that a fee of £40million would be needed to get the signing done.

The Ghanaian international was mostly on the treatment table in the last campaign and only started 4 games in the Eredivisie.

In the current campaign, so far, he has started 12 games in all competitions and directly contributed in as many goals (10 goals and 2 assists).

Ajax were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League but the 22-year-old versatile attacker, who can effectively play in multiple offensive positions, was brilliant.

In the group stage, he scored two goals against Rangers, one against Serie A leaders, Napoli, and one versus last year’s finalists, Liverpool, at Anfield.

Kudus impressed for Ghana at the FIFA World Cup. The pacy attacker netted 2 goals in three appearances in Qatar.

Man Utd lack depth in their strike-force with the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo. Should they submit a bid of £40million to secure the signing of Mohammed Kudus this month?
