Manchester United is “ready with a cheque” to buy Juventus’ Gleison Bremer for the summer, and the Turin team “will certainly come” forward with one requirement.
Calciomercato claims that Manchester United is prepared to make a bid for the Brazilian in order to strengthen their defence.
They clarify that Cristiano Giuntoli, the director of football of Juventus, is planning a number of changes for the team this summer, including some anticipated departures from the defensive.
Bremer will be the major fundraiser, and Manchester United is “ready with a cheque” for the player; it is unclear, though, if the amount will be sufficient to persuade Juventus.
They require between €65 and €70 million, and if they are granted it, Giuntoli and his group “will certainly come” to approve the transfer.
It’s a figure that has been bandied about a lot in recent weeks, with many rumours indicating that Juventus would agree to it this summer since it equals the player’s release clause, which kicks in the next summer.
that’s debatable if Manchester United would be willing to pay that, but considering their defensive issues this year, maybe they would consider it to be a good deal.
In any case, they must meet the parameters that have been stated, with Juventus appearing more than willing to make a deal.
