Givemesport claims that in order for Manchester United to get Rodrigo Muniz, a striker for Fulham, during this summer’s transfer window, they will need to pay £50 million.
This summer, the Red Devils will probably be looking to add a striker, and it was recently revealed that Muniz views United as his ideal team.
Givemesport has already revealed that, should United choose to pursue a move at the end of the current campaign, the Brazilian won’t be cheap.
The 22-year-old was largely unknown at the beginning of the season, but his stellar scoring performance in recent months has helped him establish a name. In his last ten league games, the striker has scored eight goals.
His worth has increased as a result, and Fulham will pay almost £50 million for him this summer. promising striker Rasmus Hojlund is United’s primary forward right now, but they’ll want a formidable opponent in the upcoming campaign.
Due to his history of injuries, Anthony Martial had been expected to depart the Red Devils on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of June. Muniz would be a wise addition to United given that he is now acclimated to the Premier League’s expectations. The Brazilian was not able to play for the Cottagers at the beginning of the season, but he is now an absolute starter.
Since February, he has scored eight goals to repay the club’s faith. Among his primary abilities are his finishing and box placement. Although he still needs to get better at playing the ball, that should be possible at United or another larger team with more inventive players.
The Red Devils haven’t reached out to sign him as of yet. United might not be willing to spend £50 million to recruit a backup striker to Hojlund, even if they show interest in him.
