Raphinha has long piqued Manchester United’s interest, and new rumours suggest they are getting closer to signing him.
Sport first reported in December of last year that Man Utd made a trade offer to Sancho in an attempt to entice the Brazilian forward from Barcelona.
But the Catalan powerhouses rejected the trade and have been demanding £78.6 million ($100 million) in exchange for the South American.
According to the most recent media sources, Raphinha would be permitted to depart from the Blaugrana during the summer.
The Nou Camp team is hoping to sign Paolo Dybala to replace the former Leeds United midfielder, who is expected to be the first to go in the upcoming transfer window, according to a Spanish source named Todo Fichajes.
According to the media source, Man Utd and Raphinha have advanced to a principle agreement for the signing of Raphinha.
The 27-year-old winger was a big hit at Elland Road and a vital part of Xavi’s team that won La Liga the previous season.

Raphinha has not been able to start consistently this term. He has only made 12 starts in the league thus far, but he has personally assisted on 11 goals (4 goals and 7 assists).
In all honesty, Man Utd should start his fellow countryman Antony in place of the big-money Old Trafford washout, Antony, because of his far superior statistical performance.
Should Manchester United spend £78.6 million to sign Raphinha from Barcelona is the subject at hand.
