Bruno Fernandes left absolutely fuming with £80m Manchester United player despite Aston Villa win

Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, was quite unhappy in one of his colleagues during today’s match against Aston Villa.

At Villa Park, where so many games have been lost this season, Erik ten Hag’s team played so well at times.

And if Unai Emery’s team has been a little slower lately following a stellar first half of the season, it’s possible that Ten Hag’s team is moving in the opposite direction.

For United, there were several encouraging signs today, as players like Alejandro Garnacho once again looked impressive on the wing.

Rasmus Hojlund continued to add goals to his total, indicating that his purple patch is far from over.

Now, the Dane is beginning to display the poise that goes along with his boundless energy and exceptional talent.

Although Bruno Fernandes likely has very little issues with that Man United duo, he was extremely let down by a moment involving Harry Maguire during today’s match against Villa.

Even though Maguire put on an impressive display and helped Hojlund score, the skipper of United was unable to comprehend a decision in the 61st minute.

When Man United played Villa, Bruno Fernandes was quite irritated at Harry Maguire, a teammate.

Viewed during the game’s live transmission on Sky Sports, and noted by Gary Neville during commentary, Maguire seemed to miss a fantastic opportunity.

When Fernandes sent in a lovely ball for Maguire to attack, United was ahead 1-0.

But this time, the £80 million defender made the odd choice to turn down the opportunity.

Although it appeared to everyone watching that Maguire would reach the ball, it’s possible that he didn’t think so.

Visibly irritated, Fernandes was undoubtedly aware that United needed one more goal against a formidable Villa team in order to win three points, as the quick equaliser that ensued demonstrated.

On this occasion, though, United ultimately prevailed thanks to Scott McTominay’s signature goal.

Furthermore, it seems as though this was a performance to build on.

If the substitution is as injury-related as initially believed, then Luke Shaw’s substitution at halftime might be the lone drawback.

Aside from the victory today, Andre Onana recently lauded the talent of a player that United once sold.
