Harry Kane has been coveted by Manchester United for a while, and they want to finally sign him during the summer transfer season.

The Red Devils are confident of signing the England captain, whose current contract with Spurs expires next year, according to an exclusive piece published by The Sun.

The British media have stated that Tottenham could decrease the £100million valuation if they fail to secure CL qualifying for the upcoming season.

Fair enough, the aforementioned price is far too high for a person who will turn 30 in a few months and can be enticed for nothing in 2024.

But, Kane is a world-class player and is expected to cost at least £85 million this summer (The Daily Mail).

According to The Sun, Manchester United allegedly contacted the Three Lions striker’s representatives through a third party and got a favourable reaction.

The 29-year-old center forward, who took home the Golden Boot at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, has scored 20 goals for Spurs already this season in all competitions.

Kane is a Tottenham legend who recently passed Ronaldo as the club’s all-time leading scorer. It would be detrimental to his supporters and perhaps his legacy to see him go for a PL competitor.

Dimitar Berbatov, a retired Bulgarian striker, was the final Spurs player to join Man United and was instrumental in our two Premier League championships.
